The storyteller and home obsessed brain behind Host Home Co.
My journey into the home decor world started back in 2022 when I stumbled into short-term rentals. What started as a business ended up introducing me to something I didn’t expect to love as much as I did: homes.
Since then, I’ve furnished homes, styled interiors, and spent years paying attention to how people interact with a space. Over the years, I’ve learned what makes someone walk in and feel comfortable, what decor people gravitate toward. What layouts work well and what design choices people tend to avoid. The more time I spent furnishing and decorating spaces, the more interested I became in home styling itself.
Why I Created Host Home Co.
In 2025, I decided to create hosthomeco.com to bring allll of that together. Interior design, home decor ideas, hosting tips, cozy living, and simple systems.
I wanted a place where I could share the things I’ve learned over the years. From the decorating wins and decorating mistakes to the psychological home decor tips that surprised me, and the small changes that can make a room feel and look better.

Cleaning shortcuts I’ve picked up over the years, and plenty of home products and finds that I’ve tested, purchased, researched, or used while furnishing homes and apartments. Sometimes I’ll share a simple decor idea or a solution that made life a little easier. Other times, it’s just a product I came across that was so cute I had to share it. I can’t keep all the cute finds to myself, after all…

My Mission
My mission at Host Home Co is to help you create a home that works for you, your family, your friends, and anyone who walks through your door. One of my favorite parts of designing and furnishing homes was hearing people tell me how comfortable they felt. That they felt relaxed, safe. Those comments always stuck with me because that’s what a home should do!
I believe everyone deserves that feeling, especially in their own place. I’ll always try to keep simplicity in mind because sometimes the smallest changes can make the biggest impacts. I hope you find something that helps make your home, apartment, tiny house, or whatever space you call home feel a little more comfortable and a lot more personal.
